3 Storey Commercial/Residential Building (2 Commercial & 12 Residential Apartments)
Initial surveys included the detail survey of the site to facilitate architectural design and the boundary re-establishment to define boundaries on site.
Lots 3 and 4 were amalgamated into one freehold lot. This included a widening of the Right of Way at the rear of the property. The amalgamation was required as the building design straddled both lots and a strata can only be contained within one freehold lot. The ROW was pegged and a Deposited Plan created for lodgement at Landgate. Lodgements and clearances were coordinated to progress DP to In Order for Dealings.
A Draft Strata Plan was prepared of the site from architectural plans to facilitate presales of lots. Once constructed a final survey of buildings was done and a final Strata Plan prepared. Once again lodgements and Local Government sign offs were coordinated to progress the Strata plan through to In Order for Dealings.
