Denada surveys will be responsible for providing the surveying services which will be broken into two phases and will include the detail survey of the site, full search and creating the legal boundary database, undertaking the preliminary cadastral survey prior to construction, placement of survey control, preparation of the pre-calculation plan in accordance with the accepted planners design, application for street names, preparation of marketing sales plans, preparation of the Deposited Plans for lodgement at Landgate, attendance to clearance of subdivision conditions with Statutory Authorities, final pegging of lots. During construction, Denada Surveys will be responsible for setting out services, boundaries for construction, as constructed surveys of sewer, water reticulation and drainage.
