This is a multi-staged development that will result in the ultimate creation of 58 green title lots. De Nada Surveys undertook the feature, surround and control survey in December 2013.

Following approval of the development in June 2014, the construction for the first stage of 20 lots commenced in September 2014 and concluded with the practical completion in December 2014.

As part of the development process, De Nada Surveys were requested to prepare suitable sales plan. This was completed and provided to the developer to allow marketing of the lots.
